Omnicef and lungs

My 9 month old son was subscribed Omnicef for a double ear infection. He has stopped eating and drinking fluids, he is waking up in the middle of night screaming at the top of his lungs as if in pain. Now mind you this child can sleep 12 hours solid with lots of noise in the background. He is also experiencing horrible diarrhea and is very hot even when the temperature is 72. He is not running a fever. The doctor said to keep with the medicine, I say NO WAY!! This is not drug to give to an adult let alone an infant.

19 y/o male started omnicef 3 days ago for sore throat/fever. Taking 2 300mg pills daily. My throat felt better after day 2, but now I'm finding it a bit hard to get to sleep. My heart feels like its beating harder than it really should, and my asthma has become more severe. It's not really inducing wheezing..just a heavy feeling in my chest that is in no way related to the original illness. (the doctor checked my lungs, everything was clear and i was immediatly started on omnicef)

48 yr old / Female. I began taking Omnicef for pneumonia in both lower lungs. I experience a very bad case of diarrhea. I completed the 10 days, but now am having stomach cramps and still have soft bowel movement.
