For ten months, I had severe migraines every day. I was always moody. I switched to Desogen B.C., and I cant believe how great I feel. I am amazed that I could've lived that unhappy for so long by using Ovcon. It is a terrible birth control.

Although I've only been on this pill 3 days, I've experienced the worst back pain of my life. I also had severe migraines. Other than that, weird sensations like ADD, and lightheaded really badly. No pill is worth this.

This pill is horrible. I've been on it for 3 days and experienced the worst back pain of my life, and severe migraines. It also keeps me in a subconsious state of mind, where I'm experiencing weird feelings. Yeah I think no pill is worth this.

I just started Ovcon-35 and have been experiencing really bad migraines, bad back pain, and just feeling mentally out of it. I have been dellusional and not myself. My doctor prescribed this pill to me for dysmennorhea, like its supposed to help? The side effects are terrible. I don't think I can stay on this pill. :(

well let's see here I am only 19 and have been on ovcon 35 for about 10 months since i had my son. Migraines are one of my big things I have never had them like this. And i am always so tired i can sleep for 10 hours and still not want to get up in the morning. And one side after that i just learned of today is a lower sex drive! ya i would say lower i dont have one! I just blamed it on being a new mom and as i said just learned today that this is a side effect. I also can't lose any of this weight from my son and seem to just keep gaining more! This pills sucks and it didnt even regulate me! I am going o back to ortho-tri-cyclin

I had been taking OVCON35 for 6 months now. As with most horomonal birth control, I experiencED very bothersome side effects. I tried to continue taking them to give my body time to adjust, but.... I've called it quits because 6 months/ 6 packs of pills is ample time. I'd have intense migraines accompanied by nausea & dizziness. Had I visited this site earlier, I woulda have been given up on this product. It's not good that 9 out of 10 responses are negative. Pass the news along- I definitely will.

I am 45 years old and have been on Ovcon for about 7 or 8 years. The last 5 years I have gained50 pounds, have severe migraines, need to sleep a lot because of hot flashes, night sweats, and other sleep problems. I took Ovcon for PMS reasons. I am taking myself OFF of it because I recently read that estrogen dominance can cause severe symptons during the perimenopausal phase. I go the GYN faithfully every year and nothing he has tried helps me, so I am taking matters into my own hands.

I've been on Ovcon 35 since my son was born 2 1/2 years ago. I have experienced frequent migraines that consist of a pounding headache, nasauea, and blurred vision. When my symptoms first started my doctor mentioned switiching birth control, but I never did. I also found out that I had a thyroid problem at the same time fluctuating between hyper and hypo thyroidism. I am currently on medication for the thryoid and for migraines every day. I just stopped taking Ovcon 35 two weeks ago after reading this web-site and seeing other people were experiencing migraines. I don't know if it is the Ovcon causing these side effects.

I have been using Ovcon 35 for 7 weeks and I have experienced symptoms such as high blood pressure, migraines, dizziness, nausea, EXTREME fatigue, increase in appetite, confusion, slurred speech, loss of coordination, inability to wear contact lens, irritablity, leg pain and nervousness. I called my doctor and his advice was to stop taking this pill IMMEDIATELY. I have never felt this bad in my entire life. I thought I was dying or having a stroke. I am extremely sensitive to this pill, but did not show symptoms until the 7th week. This pill is not for everyone and can be exremely dangerous. I cannot even go to work or function properly as this pill causes confusion.
I urge any women to immediately stop taking this pill if they experience the side effects that I have. I feel as though I will never be normal again from the side effects of taking this pill.
I have stopped taking the pill for 4 days now, and my blood pressure has finally gone down, but I am still experiencing the other side effects.
