I have been on Ovcon-35 for 2 months. I am really happy with it. My skin hass cleared up. I was put on this pill to help me have a menstural cycle. So far I have had one on time every month. Im going on my 3rd month. No nausea, fatigue, weight gain, no side affects at all. I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen in the past. I did like that also but they stoped making it. I stoped the pills because I wanted to get pregnate. But when the pills stoped, I stoped having menstural cycles. I was told because of a lack of Esterogen. I am extreamly happy with the the switch to Ovcon-35. I was worried because I've tried others in the past and they didnt work. However, I do want to get pregnate. Maybe I will try my luck with skipping a few pills. lol Just to comment: Every womans body is different a pill that dosent work for you works for others. There's no need to attack a brand just because it's not for you. Different strokes for different folks. Just try another. Good luck ladies.

I have been using ovcon for 3 weeks now and it has been no picnic. I have had severe headaches, nausea, pain and swellin in my left eye, cramping (so bad i too thought i may have had an ulser) sore throat, dizziness, constant thirst and weak, yet unable to eat. I even went to the emergency room thinking that something more serious was wrong.
MAYBE THIS DRUG SHOULD BE FURTHUR INVESTIGATED!!!
I never had any of these problems while on ortho-tri cyclen.

I've only been on Ovcon 35 for eight days and I've already experienced terrible headaches and intense nausea. I used to be on Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo but switched due to mood swings. I know that side effects can last up to three months. Any happy users out there?

I started taking Ovcon 35 one month ago. I was suppose to start my period last Tuesday(Feb 4), but I still have not. I have been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen & Ortho Cyclen and never had this problem with them. I took a pregnancy test on Friday(Feb 7) & it was negative. Is this a normal side effect or should I take another test.

I have been on ovcon for 7 months and this birth control pill has worked wonders on me. I take this pill for uncontollable bleeding and my ovarian cyst. Since, I have taken this pill I don't bleed as much and my pain from the cyst has went away. When I was on ortho tri cyclen I got pregnant with my 11 month old daughter.
