Phenergan side effects

YES it does cause weight gain I'm sure of that. I used it to try and fix my insomnia (50mg per night) and I put on 12 KG in 7 weeks. I have never been overweight in my life then all of a sudden BANG. Fat central! The only factor in my life that had really changed (aside from 7 weeks worth of natural aging) was the taking of this phenergan. It sure did fix my insomnia though I'll give it that much. Only 50mg would do the trick though.

my daughter has taken Phenergan in her IV twice now, first time it burned, then subsided, the second time, burned worse and hasn't quit for 72 hours and going. Had a CT and doppler on her forearm to see if there is damage as she has had swelling and the skin is hard to the touch and extremely painful. She has gone to the oral form, trying to still get its anti nausea benefits as little else has helped. She is concerned over what effects the oral might have if it is that harsh of a drug.

I COULD NOT STAND WITHOUT HOLDING ON AND THEN I COULDN'T GET MY THOUGHTS OUT OF MY MOUTH.

severe drowsiness....gas....HALLUCINATIONS...the hallusinations were so bizarre and bad that it woke me from the sleep i was in from the phenergan...but this was only wit the pill, and the IV form...the only negative thing i can say about the suppository is that it cause rectal discomfort and burning. BUT it does put the nause and vomiting to a hault quickly

phenergan is the best thing i have ever taken for nausea and vomiting i highly recommend it

does this medication cause weight gain if you are on it for a extended period of time and is the same as phenagran???
