Pletal side effects

After taking just 1 a day after 4 days , 2 hrs later I had chest palpatations for 20 min. I talked with the druggist and she said it takes a few days to get use to it. Now it has been a week and no trouble.It does help the tightness in the toes and around the ankle.

I have taken two Pletal as directed..one last evening on an empty stomach and one this morning on an empty stomach. This afternoon "Suddenly" I was HIT with diarrhea out in public..NO warning. Again and again before I could get home to change clothes..and then a headache. I have a painful, swollen stomach, headache and will not be taking anymore pletal for my sjogrens symptoms (cold, numb hands and feet).

Is pletal to be taken with or without food?

I have been taking this drug for a week now and I am having headaches,tingeling,and blood pressure problems.
I am also taking omeprazole,and (lisinopril for blood pressure)....

I would not try to start a day without taking my Pletal. I have a vascular problem that causes my right foot (two toes--big and the one next to the little toe) to feel as if they are frost bitten. The pain is so severe, it is unbearable.

I had surgury and the blood clot was removed from my stomach. The blood clotcaused the blood not to flow freely to my right foot.

Since the surgery, at times my toes get tender, but nothing like they did before taking Pletal. I take 100 mg in the morning, and 200 mg in the afternoon.

I do have a headace and dizziness sometimes, but I can bear it. After all it is better than all the pain I had in the past.
