I'm 42, female and I understand the acne part of taking pred. Mine is getting better. I've got 3 or 4 sizes of clothes due to taking pred. for the 4 yrs. I'm slowly getting into the smaller ones. I'm finally down to large and medium. Takes a while. Plain ole' ivory soap is great for the acne. Dries it up and clears it faster. God Bless...........
