PredniSONE and healthy diet

I am a 34 year old male. I have been on 80mg of Prednisone 7 days a week for 2 months now. I will be getting my dosage lowered to 60mg tomorrow but am having a difficult time dealing with the Moon face, eye bags, acne, and sleepless nights. I go to the gym 4 times a week and am in shape other than this freak fake head it looks like I have now. Has anyone been able to find a way to make the effects not so noticable..as in diurex or diet pills. I would like to try anything but want to be safe at the same time. After the second day of taking Prednisone I noticed a dramatic difference. I was not in pain anymore from the inflammation. I thought it was a miracle drug, but with-in a week I started to gain weight, even though I eat a very healthy diet. I have been on Prednisone for almost 5 months and I cannot believe the amount of weight I have gained. I am now weaning myself off of it due to Doctor's instructions, and am experiencing anxiety and depression and the pain is coming back, almost immediately. Although it helped me tremendously in the beginning, I would definitely try another remedy before I ever take Prednisone again. They call it the "nasty drug" for a reason.
