I love the vitamin...23 y/o not trying for pregnancy but was looking for a multivitamin, Prenate Elite was recommended by my doc. I've been using for about 6-7 months and I've seen extra growth in my hair and nails. The pill goes down easy and doesn't have a bad taste either. Is not too hard on stomach and has also relieved my occasional constipation.
