Prozac has stopped all my cravings for alcohol, I have been on it for one month now & gave up alcohol when I started the course & to my amazment it has suppressed all temptations & cravings.. Not sure if you can class this as a side effect but who cares, its a wonder drug for me as I would soon be dead if I carried on drinking..

Prozac, day 4 I take 20 mg in the morning so far, I wake up feeling better than before, but, some time every day I have a tired spell, and need a nap, I have been severely depressed for nearly 9 months, and never before, I am 45 and have plenty to keep busy with. I don't have a girlfriend right now which is new for me so I don't really have anyone to tell me of any changes . But only tired side effects so far. But its still early .
