hi everyone. i bought a report (which i probably shouldn't post here lest i get into trouble!) that specifies dosages for quercetin with bromelain for children and adults. we tried it with my son after taking him off singulair and he did great. in fact, we're just down to a little bit of throat clearing now--no other allergy symptoms and no asthma attacks yet (knock wood). it's REALLY hard to do with the littler kids because they can't swallow the pills and it then has to be put into a food or drink and it's not the most pleasant thing. my son was able to drink it in pineapple orange juice through a straw. he had to do it three times a day. we've since stopped, but would do it again if his allergies start acting up because i do think it works. if you can get your child to take it somehow i think you will find it helpful.
good luck!
