Soma and amphetamines

This is my husbands prescription, but I take it usually 2 days out of the month for period cramps, along with vicodan. If I don't lay down immediately and I stay up waiting for the cramping pains to subside, then I head to the bedroom, putting away a glass or two in the sink,,,that's it...I'm cleaning the entire kitchen because I get hyped up as if I'd taken amphetamines or something and its difficult to fall asleep once I finally make it to bed. I'm not sure if going to bed to sleep outweighs the need to clean my kitchen?
