-- By qmeier | Reply | Private Message meI was prescribed 25mg Toprol and took one pill two successive days. Immediately got a headace enough to "blow off the top of head." Shortness of breath, left side chest pain, spike in BP, and panic attacks. Twice took a painkiller which did nothing the stop the headache. Now, on the third day after last Toprol the side effects have subsided only slightly. I will be calling the dr today and better not be told it is my just my imagination!!!
