Valium side effects

I was perscribed Valuim for anxiety and depression but i think that the valuim is helping very well for my anxiety but it seems to be makeing my depression a whole lot worse i hade crying spells and once i started crying i couldnt stop.

Diazepam (and all the other benzodiazepines) are extremely addictive and dangerous drugs - beware!!!

After I take valium for about three months I develop muscle spasms...

Don't take this medication with alcohol unless you plan on oversleeping and missing classes and work. makes you very sleepy; take it at least 8 hours before you go to bed, or you'll have trouble waking up.

I have been taking 10mg three times a day for anxiety. I've noticrd that I've needed more. But If I don't take it, I feel spacey andnervous. Anyone else going thru this????

I have stopped using the drug and I am feeling very sickly.
