a few hot flashes. weak, and very very very tired. What can be done about this. I see my doctor again Aug. 7th. please notify me before then so I will know what to tell her

I was put on verapamil for my migraines and it worked well, however since I hadn't had one in a while, my doctor had previously told me that if I didn't want to continue with it, I could stop, so I did. I now feel very dizzy all day long, with sever hot flashes. Will this go away? I don't want to end up taking this forever, please let me know.
