I had been taking Wellbutrin for about 8 months twice a day. My doctor moved me to Wellbutrin XL about 2 weeks ago and I take it once in the morning between 7-8 am. About 3 o'clock or so, I get this burst of energy and I get hot. Really hot. I can't stop moving and my mind races. I can't seem to cool down or slow down.. this lasts sometimes for an hour and half. It feels like I'm on some ramped up diet pills or something except I don't get shaky. Does anyone else have this problem?
