Xalatan and joint pain

First my voice became hoarse. Then I got joint pain in my knees, back and shoulder along with very unpleasant migrating muscle pains all over my body. I used this drug for 3 days and then stopped. The pain went away. Then I tried it again and the pain came back a bit worse. I stopped using the drug a couple of weeks ago and I still have some pain and my voice isn't quite back to normal.

Had problems sleeping, joint pain, lips swelling ,extreme hot flashes.
weight gain.

Back pain, neck pain, reduced joint mobility, fluid in throat and lungs, general fatigue. Starts about 6 hours after taking drops and starts to decline after about about 20 hours. The back and joint pain cause sleep problems. Xalatan was effective for lowering the IOP and have not been able to directly trace (or attemped to trace ) any of my other vision problems to the medication.
