Xanax and severe anxiety

i was presribed xanax when i was going through a "divorce from hell", and it helped me greatly; i took maybe 1 a day, until my anxiety from the day's events "wore off", for about
a week; a bottle of 40 tab's last me about 1-1/2yrs....i only take 'em when i feel like im going to come unglued...(job lay-off, kid hit by car, etc).....my advice for those of you with daily, severe, anxiety problems is to exercise your butt off...this really alleviates your excess energy, that is stored up within your bodies.....instead of reaching in the medicine cabinet, or liquor cabinet, try running around the block, or better yet, to the nearest church....Give your problems to God; He can take the monkey off of your backs, but you've got to obey Him if you really want to make it work! Run, Walk,
do some exercise to burn up all your excess fuel! Try it!! (Gardening & mall window shopping doesnt count)..Sweat it out (literally)....go ahead, try it for a week & prove me wrong!
