Yasmin and fist

i am on my second pack of Yasmin. In the beginning,i got really sick to my stomach, probably because my body was getting used to the pill. As soon as i began the week of sugar pills, i had terrible headaches on one side of my head. the headaches lasted about a week, and by the end of it, i was ready to lose my mind. now, today,i woke up and began feeling very dizzy and numb all over my body.after a few minutes my vision was fading until it got to the point where all i could see was outlines of things. Everything looked like a picture with really high contrast.i looked at my mom and her face was bright white with black detailing. it was really weird. i also noticed a sort of white glow all over everything. i was so terrified. i am not the type of person who ever faints or anything, so this was really odd. it went away after about 5 minutes, but it was so scary that it felt like an hour had passed. I'm not 100% sure if this is caused by Yasmin, but i haven't done anything different that would make this happen to me. i am going to the doctors, but in the mean time, i'm going to stop taking the pill. please let me know if anyone else has had an experience like this

I too have no inclination for sex, I was told by my gynae its the newest & best to use. I'm on it for 2months now , the fist month I was more moody than before, I didn't want my husband near me & felt like screaming for anything anyone said to me. Its my second month currenlty & I feel depressed about everything in my life, I just feel unhappy. I have never felt like this before & I dont know if it is the pill(i have a feeling it is though)

I too am having great problems on Yasmin. The fist week my moods was great and I though wow this is going to work for me! Then I started getting realy bad night sweats and yuck sweaty feet all the time then, my breasts started to hurt all the time like I was pregnant. The worst then came... it was like I had the flu 24/7 I had diareah none stop...sick all the time. The heart thing that so many of you are going through scares me to no end! I have a heart pelpatation too. I'm going off it today after reading all this. No way! I would rather have heavy periods.

hi everyone,
i got an update on myself.i saw a new gyn dr march 13 as i couldn't get into my reg gyn dr.i was on week 7 of my period and had passed a clot almost the size of my fist.well the new gyn dr ran an ultrasound & preg test.the new gyn dr said here's your problem both your ovaries are covered in cysts & the right ovary is inflamed so bad it looked like it was going to pop.he said my pcos is out of control so he ordered othro tri cyclen lo.which i haven't taken yet.my reg gyn office had me come back on april 4th different dr not the reg dr i see.i got my period on april 3rd this office had me do a preg test before i could see the dr.i only saw that dr less then 2 minutes.he couldn't tell me what was wrong just said i'll be ok. he ordered me micronor but i found out it interacts with my asthma meds so then he ordered alesse.i felt like i was being rushing i couldn't get any answers from him what to do if it happens again.just come back in 3 months.make an appt before i leave well they couldn't give me 1 as i have to call back next month.they don't know who's coming in to that office

Hello Ladies,
It has been exactly 6 weeks since I've been off Yasmin. I was feeling about 80% better however, this weekend I started having shortness of breath again as well as slight leg pain in my calf. I just finished up my period, first real cycle since stopping pill. I am also extremely swollen. This has been on and off since I stopped, but when I wake up in the morning, I can hardly make a fist my hands hurt so much. My fingers look like sausages. They are almost the size of my boyfriends hands. My face is a bit puffy too. I know some of you have had the swelling, but is it normal to have it after already being off of yasmin for 6 weeks. I know it's going to take some time, but I really thought I was doing better there for a while. I am a bit foggy abd dizzy again too. I guess it could be related to menstrating, although I kinda expected this to come before I menstrated not after. just wondering if any of you have had this.

Very strange colour of stool, very light, nearly beige or yellow!!!! I heard from some women, that this might show problems with your gall bladder or liver!!

---> That's the question I'm asking myself every day and in my case it's been almost 9 months after Yasmin, too!!!

Some women wrote, that it took them about a year and longer to get completely healthy again after Yasmin!! So I'm still looking forward to that day and try not to go mad about all the symptoms I'm still having. I just try to look at the circumstance, that it all has gotten very much better than it was a few months ago and I can do many things again, that I wasn't able to do a few months ago, too!!

I have been taking yasmin for 2 months now. The fist month was ok but the second month I have had my period and it is not going away. My doctor suggested I stop taking the pill. It has been 3 days and I still have my period.
