Yutopar and mind races

My child has had so many problems throughout his life, they are too many to mention. But rages and not being able to control them, his lack of pain receptors, tremendous strength, years of sleep and no sleep, medication to help him sleep at 6 months, no naps when he was a newborn, lack of fear of anything, including extremely dangerous things. He still tells me his mind races and he is in a fog. He knows every conversation going on in a room that is full of people and does blow up for no reason. He has been in and out of mental institutions from when he was 15 on. Now after 3 yrs in prison because he hit someone bad, he thinks he can get out and control this somehow. I am afraid for him that he will be back in prison in no time. this needs to be brought out in the open, I wonder if this is being covered up on purpose.
