Zithromax Z-Pak and sensation

forgot to add with my first post-- have been off the med now for about a week and a half, the low blood sugar sensation persisted for about four or five days after stopping the med and I have a white tongue that is most uncomfortable and getting worse, sore spots in mouth and throat. Wondering if I have thrush...

hypoglycemia? Not a diabetic, but had reaction similar to "hypoglycemic" reactions my doctor said I had during pregnancy during which time I had "borderline" gestational diabetes. Feeling of shakiness, somewhat weak, some difficulty getting words out. Had to pretty much eat many six small meals per day and even snacks and would still get that shaky low blood sugar sensation.

This is my second Rx for this stuff, only 250 mg., but I'd hate to see what would happen with a stronger dose! I was given this Rx to prevent infection after oral surgery. Within hours of taking it, that familiar itchy, burning sinus sensation started. I took an antibiotic to give me a sinus infection?? I already have tinnitis, and it is worse than usual. I feel awful with this stuff. I will tell my doctor that I will NOT take it again.
