Zofran and other side

Anyone here have any experience with chronic constant stomach pain below ribs in middle. My 15 YO has had severe stomach pains for 2 months. So far Xray,bloodwork, CT scan and endoscopy and colonosocopy all normal, except for Barrett's esophagus, which is an issue, but would not be causing this pain. She has not been in school for 2 months. Dr's now all say it is anxiety. She wakes up with this and goes to bed with this. Has it night and day and on weekends. I have been ill for about 5 years with Doctors putting me on every anti depressant and anxiety pill known to man. I went to see on fantastic internist he listened to me and changed all my meds to 400mg of Wellbutrin and 20mg of Cymbalta. Within about 2-3 weeks I started feeling better. It has now been over 12 weeks and we just increased my cymbalta to 40mg. I had irritation during urination and felt a slight pull back of my testicles (once). Doctor told me that I have bacterial infection and also mentioned UTI. But my biggest concern is before taking any medications to treat I felt a discomfort in my chest and as well as on my left arm. I checked in to ER and they did a EKG and said its fine. I just would like to know all of the possible symptoms for UTI.

I had carpal tunnel syndrome a few years ago and underwent surgery. At the time I new zero about muscular-skeleton conditions. A year later I was diagnosed with a 13mm calcific bursitis and since conventional medicine could not do a thing for me except prescribing anti-inflammatories I turned to other options.
