I took this in the mid to late 90's to quit smoking and it ever so gently separated me from smoking that I hardly noticed I had quit. But it wired me up so bad that I couldn't sleep or even relax. Every sudden sound just made me almost bounce off the wall, every nerve and muscle in my body was as tight as could be and just kept getting tighter. After about 3 night of no sleep I quit taking it and everything just relaxed. I loved how gently it separated me from smoking (without ANY cravings) but I could not handle the being so wired, bouncing off the walls and no sleep!
