Zyrtec and bedtime

My 5 year old daughter was started on Zyrtec about 10 days ago (Dr.s orders) and WOW... not good. We can not see any changes in her allergies but her moodswings are way off. Last nite she told me "daddy that clear medicine I take now, makes me feel busy and funny". When we ask her why she is acting rude and being ugly, she says she doesn't know. She has been taking Singlar for about 2 months and Nasonex for about 1-2 years. HELP!!!!!

My 6 y.o. son is on Zyrtec 10 mg for severe allergies but he has stomach pains that start in afternoon and by bedtime he is nauseaus and the pain is so bad he can't sleep and then is tired and gets in trouble at school. Taken him off and stomach has subsided mostly but still comes and goes, also on Pulmicort.

I believe Zyrtec to be the source of my leg problems. For the last few years I've had problems with my legs at night before bedtime. The doctors I've seen regarding this condition assumed it was restlesslegs syndrome, but I stopped taking the zyrtec and noticed an immediate relief with my leg pain at night. I'm in the process of switching to another allergy medicine to see if this will alliviate the problem. Never noticed any depression problems though.
