I have been on 40mg simvastatin for almost a year following an operation to remove a blood clot from my right leg. I have mild discomfort in the legs and peripheral neuropathy in the toes. This last could be the remaining effects from chemotherapy almost three years ago for ovarian cancer. But the worst thing that affects me is incontinence. I have to get up every two or three hours in the night and am absolutely exhausted. I am going to see my doctor but I cant think of any other reason for this except the statins.
