Increasing Dosage

My current TSH level is 1.4 but my doctor wants it at or below .8. He just increased my dosage from .05 to .1. What kind of side effects should I expect? I am a very nervous medication taker and already deal with some anxiety issues. I really need to know what could happen and whether or not to increase my meds.
