    I don't know, but I have the same problem. I seem to get hyper symptoms on the lowest dose and it's so disappointing. The worst symptoms for me is the anxiety and insomnia.

    I agree with switching to Levoxyl, however, the Cytomel has helped me come thru all these side effects myself. I take 100mcg Levoxyl and 10mcg Cytomel and my pain, fog and depression is gone.

    Sounds like you two might need to switch to a natural thyroid drug such as Armour. I too suffered many adverse symptoms before getting onto Armour thyroid a few years ago, it is a lifesaver for many people with hypothyroidism. Good luck!
