My guess is extreme tiredness and lethargy, irritability, etc., especially when stopped cold turkey. Just as the body had to get used to the medication to reach the effective dose, it should also be allowed the same amount of time to get off of it.

Extreme fatigue with Adderall

Maybe try switching around the times you take them? I found that I have to take the IR (12.5 mg) in the morning, and the 25mg XR later in the afternoon, instead of the other way around. Taking the XR in the morning does not work for me. So I am back - 70% more...
