The only thing I'm taking is B12 pills and multi vitamans. I don't really like taking any meds because the side effects end up being worst then the symptoms you have. I try to exercise lots..thats always god for mostly anything and drinks as much wat - 78% more... -

Be very careful with St. Johns wort. Just because you are taking a more natural approach doesn't mean it is safe. It has some dangerous side effects when used for more than a few weeks at a time. Pleazse look into it beforeyou just take it. Also very - 56% more... -
