Toprol-xl Toprol, Avapro, Lipitor, Dizziness, Whew

I am a 33-year-old male. I take 25 mg of Toprol along with Avapro and Hydrochlorothizide and Lipitor (whew!). Didn't have much of any side effects UNTIL I started Toprol. A lot of fatigue, some dizziness, kind of a "heavy" feeling. Pretty much everything else discussed here. BP and HR are right on track, though.
