I have been feeling a little anxiety from time to time so after a blood test I was told to take 5,000 IU of vitamin d3. I have only been taking it for 2 days but from at least 1 hr on I have had an overwhelming METALLIC TASTE in my mouth it seems to be getting worse and worse and wont go away its very frustrating and wish I could make it stop I am suppose to take it for 2-3 mnths Im not sure I can deal with it that long..
Propsguy - are you in a place where you can get some sun? if you get enough sun, you can cut down on oral vitamin D. do you take all 5000 IUs at once or in divided doses throughout the day? that might help.
are you taking the capsules or the sublingual drops? that also might make a difference
