Voltaren and Mocular Disintegration

A friend friend of mine (a 65 years old lady) had the same problem in her right eye. She also had Arthritides specially in her legs. she was injected a course of Voltaren injections. the leg problem is still there but her vision has dramatically improved. During this time nothing has been done to help her right eye vision. Could this vision improvement be because of Voltaren injections?
