Warfarin Sodium Hair Nails, Hair Loss, Warfarin, Inr, Dramatically

I've experienced extensive hair loss but this may be due to the high dosage I am on (15mg). The quality of my skin, hair, nails etc has also changed considerably since I started taking warfarin back in February. Does anyone else find it difficult to reach their target INR and stick to it? I can manage it for a period of about two weeks and then it suddenly dramatically falls
