Wellbutrin Nothing Works, Antidepressants, Depression, Shell, Parents

Today, Ive had a horrible side effect of depression and crying and feeling aggressive, shouting and swearing at my parents, Im on day 10 of 300 mg 150 am and pm-anyone else feel like it-also have been in my own shell since starting this stuff- I am beginning to hate all antidepressants-nothing works-please-advise anyone-thanks
