Nausea With Z-pak 5 Day-began 2 Days After I Finished the Pak!

I was put on z-pak for strep throat..took the 5 day regimen as prescribed-did fine. 2 days after the last dose I became very nauseaous and had loose stools. My throat is also still a little sore but better than it was. I have been drinking green tea and added some culturelle probiotics powder that is really for the kids but after reading some other posts I thought it would help my poor gut recover...I thought it was the stomach flu until I did some research and see it happens a lot since the z-pak is so strong....
