Side Effects Showing Up Only 2 Days After Zyrtec D?

I'm 19. I took Zyrtec-D 12 hour for the first time yesterday. I took it around 2 pm and I started to feel dizzy & rapid heart beat last night. I took it again this morning around 10 am, I started to feel dizzy and fast heart beat again. I think I might be pregnant and dizziness and rapid heart beat is a pregnancy symptom also. I was wondering if the side effects could show up that early after taking only 2 pills. I read that a serious side effect is rapid heart beat but its not really fast its just noticeable. Please help I've been reading up all day. Thanks!
