I gained 5 lbs a month and went from a size 4 to a disgusting size 14 in 6 months on just 2 mg of ambilify & 5 mg of Lexapro. I just stopped both, am exercising 5 days a week and eating a 1200 calorie a day diet. Does anyone know if the weight will just ... more »
I gained 5 lbs a month and went from a size 4 to a disgusting size 14 in 6 months on just 2 mg of ambilify & 5 mg of Lexapro. I just stopped both, am exercising 5 days a week and eating a 1200 calorie a day diet. Does anyone know if the weight will just come off after stopping these mess or is it difficult to get it off? I hate what I have become because of these medications that are supposed to help you. I don't even recognize myself when I look in the mirror.
