Aciphex Shoulder and Arm Pain, Bland Diet, Pounding Heart, Heart Problems, Nausea

I have been taking Aciphex for 5days. Last night I woke up with a pounding heart, shoulder and arm pain and nausea. I thought I was dying--and that I had been misdiagnosed with G.I. problems instead of heart problems. I feel at my wit's end. Does anyone just quit all these meds and just live on a simple bland diet for the rest of their life?
