I have a 2 year old grandson, and he was just diagnosed with having asthma. CHKD children's hospital ER doctor prescribed him Prelone steriod and albuterol 2.5mg for him. His lungs were sounding clearer but later in the day my grandson was really mean and angry. You couldn't even look at him hard and he would scream NO nooooooooooooooo. Crying and not eating. Irritable until I stop the dosage. I new immediately that he was having a reaction to this medicine. My grandson is a sweet and loving child. He couldn't even sleep so I called the doctor and advised them I was stopping it and requested something else.
