Kenalog and Dexamethasone, Allergy Reaction Medication Question

Is the drug, DEXAMETHASONE, a drug that is very similar to the drug, KENALOG, which is used for allergy reactions? Is DEXAMETHASONE also used for allergic reactions, perhaps when KENALOG is not available? Is DEXAMETHASONE the allery drug in a "6-Day DEXPAK" ( steroids for allergic reactions.)? I NEED an answer.
