I started taking Flonase 3 days ago and have lost my taste buds.
I was prescribed Flonase for just two weeks for a sinus infection I have been having a hard time getting rid of. I have all ready lost my sense of taste and don't know if I should stop using it or if after I finish my taste will come back.

I have used flonase for several years now. It is apparent to me that I have lost my sense of smell. I know that Zicam is being sued for a side effect that causes the loss of sense of smell. Has anyone else experienced this with Flonase? -

Sense of smell was lost in 2004 andto this day it has not come back. Discontinued use right after loss of smell.

Get him off them. Read the Allergy and Asthma Cure. I am 43 and was on Singular for 10 years and Flonase for 12 years. They have really messed up my body. Try supplements, herbs and diet - seek a professional. It worked for me.

I would not advise this. You should start a nasal irrigation rinse instead. Flonase is a steriod. I wouldn't give it to my kid. Steriods are powerful and who know what kind of side effects you are going to get with it. Have you heard of Neil Med Sinu - 25% more...

it should be out of your system already. You don't really absorb much of it, it just acts topically on the nasal passages
