I took one pill and coughed my head off the rest of the evening--worse than the day before I took the pill!! That night I went to sleep okay, but woke up once, took me an hour to get back to sleep. Woke up again, took another 1/2 hour to get back to sleep. After reading these postings--forget this pill--I'll do without. I'd like to lose weight with it, sure, but I'm sick to death of coughing. I've hardly coughed today--why take a stupid pill that's going to make me cough worse? Hacks me off I paid $$ for the pills, though.
