Not Working as Well as I Feel It Shoud

After two neck surgeries with a plate in my neck and then being assaulted by someone who "clotheslined" me in the throat, which whipped my head back very sharply, I am experiencing continual shooting, burning pain in neck. Numbness has started in my right arm and sometimes the shooting pain will go down my arm and thru my pinky and ring finger. Also, when i was 14, I got Osteomylitis in my lumbar spine, L2-L3, that was 30+ yrs ago. I have severe pain in lower back everyday. There is damage to the discs from scar tissue, degeneration, and arthritis in that area. A Dr. @ Mayo Clinic told me that my spine had healed backwards down there. I have had a neuro-stimulator implant put in, and that does offer some relief, yet I am in constant pain everyday from my back, neck, and migraine headaches coming very frequently. My whole spine is just one big mess and I feel like there is no hope out there for me. Im taking 10mg. Oxicontin ER twice/day, and 5mg of Oxycodone 1-2 every 4 hrs as needed. But now that ive been on this pain regimine for a couple years, it doesnt seem to be helping like it used to.
