Could I Be Pregnant? on Joless

i was on one bcp til February, the doctor ordered jolessa but it had to be shipped to me b/c the va doesn't carry it. so i started it in march. i pregnancy test wasn't done by the dr, but i had done one and was cautious before hand. i have not had my cycle since starting the pill, i had some early breakthrough bleeding, but no cycle during the white pills, then i am now 2 weeks from finishing my 2nd pack and i spotted for 2 days on the 3rd week before the white pills. i have done traditional tests, they have 2 faint lines in the am, neg results in the evening, and the digital tests say negative, i have gained 19 lbs in 2 months and i truly feel preggo, the dr is another 6 week wait and i dont know what to do. stop the pills? chance having baby # 4 if i am not already? any help would be appreciated
