I also have the disfiguring indentation. I made the mistake of allowing a family practice doctor to inject 0.1 cc of Kenalog 40 into an acne cyst just below my right cheek bone. I have had injections before with no problem, when a dermatologist performed the injection with diluted kenalog. If you need the injection, make sure you see a licensed dermatologist who has performed this procedure before. I'm trying the saline injections for awhile until I can use Juvederm for filler. Of course, the saline is quickly absorbed, but after only 2 saline injections, it appears to help raise the edges of the dent, and hopefully eventually will release the center where the skin has adhesed to underlying tissue.
