I've read that a lot of people are looking for a lawyer that may take these Kenalog lawsuits. I myself was looking for one and I found one that is taking cases in all 50 states, I guess they are a national law firm. Here is their website, [link removed]. I spoke to an attorney named Jami and another one named Holly. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Their phone number is 1-800-856-6405 and when you call them they ask you a few questions and then they send you out a packet via FedEx with all of the paperwork you need to fill out in order to get your lawsuit started. Lovemykids3 - I myself had a Kenalog injection about 5 months after survey and i developed a very big hole in my lower back which cause me pain and i had to get reconstructive surgery due to this side effect. My Dr. told me it would go away and that my skin would be back to normal. Well he was wrong. It kept getting bigger and bigger and no one told me anything about side effects nothing. At first, my Dr. didn't even have an answer for why it was just getting worse and worse. The indentation was so ugly. I would like to join in on this lawsuit.

Lovemykids3 - Your very welcome. They need to take this medication off the market because it is effecting a lot of people and the doctors should know the side effect of this medicine. Which my never told me and he kept saying in 6 months it will go away. Well it didn't. It got worse and worse and started to bleed from the inside which caused me to go to the emergency room. They could not do anything for me so I went and told the doctor that its getting worse and it started to be painful and cause a huge bubble inside like a cyst in the indentation.My doctor informed me that i will have to have plastic surgery to fix it which i did this past Jan 2012. The doctor should be liable too along with this kenalog company. please keep me posted because i to am looking for an attorney.

Ky G - You are talking about Ennis and Ennis...they are only handling cases concering epidural in nature. nothing about dents or deformities or anything else...

Lea Evans - Dear Friends: This is so tragic, and a lady in Colorado died from a Depro-medrol (sme as Kenalog 40) and a Marcaine Injection. Her name is Leslie Fisbine, and she died from cardiac arrest. Her husband sued the doctor, and then the doctor shot himself. The attorney who is taking some cases is Jim Leventhal. I am so very sick, and I wonder if I will ever get well again. I wish that someone would ban these dealy drugs...take care...Lea Evans

Beware Kenalog - The law firm listed above may be reputable, but beware online "flytrap" solicitations for class-action participants. These can be set up by the manufacturer (Bristol, Myers, Squibb in the case of Kenalog) to try to settle with a group of people for a small amount in return for a confidentiality agreement (your silence). If you've been truly damaged by Kenalog, as is my experience, settling for a few thousand in return for your silence may not be in your best interest.
