Lexapro Tendinous, Moods, Meds, Elbows, Joints

I have been on Lexapro for about a 1 1/2 yrs. It started out great and I am not one to take pills, actually hate taking any meds but I needed to for my anxiety.
I have gained about 25 pounds from being on it, just great! I already disliked how I looked and felt now I am even fatter and have no energy or desire to do anything but sit on my butt. I have been having pain in my joints and tendinitis in my elbows. My anxiety is starting to come back, little by little, and I am starting to feel depressed and my moods are getting spurtatic. I really don't like who I am at all these days and don't know what to do. HELP!
