Rash Is Driving Me Crazy

I have been on Loestrin before and never had a problem. 2 months ago my new GYN put more back on Loestrin 24 from Lo Loestrin. During this same period of time I started with a rash on my chest It slowly moved to my thighs and butt and then slowly moved to my knees, and horribly to my elblws, arms and finally my neck and stomach. I have been to my PMD several times and spent a fortune on oatmeal baths, creams, lotions, potions, prescriptions , prednisone packs etc. NOTHING is taking this rash away. I told my doctor about going back on Loestrin She said it was highly unlikely the culprit of this rash. Allergist won't see me, dermatologist has a 6 month wait. ( went to allergist 3 years ago had testing and everything came back negative) Finally I called the GYN back after reading all these post and was told " it is NOT NOT NOT the Loestrin". I am scratching myself raw and see no end in sight. How can all these women have these symptoms and be told we are wrong!
