Missing Period

I have been taking metronidazole for BV for a week and now I was supposed to start my cycle, but hasent started yet. I can usually tell when my period is going to start, the date and time. Its very accurate every month. But this month is different, I still had the normal back pains, breast tenderness, and cramps, but no period. Is this normal with this antibiotic??
