Mirena Mood Swings, Emergency Room, Walmart, Appointment, Hell

Another update .... Well its been just over 6 months since i had the Mirena removed and i am still not 100% my old self... My skin is getting better, however when i get my period i still get severe acne on my back and skin rashes on my ears, scalp, legs and elbows,, I also still get blisters on my hands but at least it all goes after about a week once my period has started. My periods are still all over the place. I have had 4 mini periods over the last 5 weeks where i do have bad cramps and heavy bleeding but only for about 24 hours... On the up side I have lost a little bit of weight and i dont feel as depressed anymore.. My sex drive is back and i am not as tired and grumpy as what i used to be... It has been a long and miserable 12 months thanks to Mirena and i am still waiting for the OLD me to re-appear. I'm thinking this could take quite a few more months yet. What annoys me the most is that i have been to about 7 different doctors and the top specialists at Monash hospital to try and find an answer to my skin problems (even had a biopsy and tested for lupus ) and even after telling them i know it is the Mirena that has caused it they ALL have disagreed... Much easier i suppose for the medical professionals to stick together that way no one is liable.. There is no worse feeling when you have been so sick for so long and so many doctors apparently dont know what is wrong with you.... Anyway i know my own body and i did not have a problem before mirena was inserted. I must say i am looking forward to the new year so i can hopefully put this one behind me..
