Is This the Mirena Crash ?

Hello , i have been trying to do some research on the Mirena to see if what is happening to me is due to it . I have had my mirena 5 years now and in all honesty i have been well (i thought) My period completely stopped which was a bonus and i haven`t gotten pregnant , the whole purpose of this for me . For the past few years i have suffered depression and more recently severe anxiety & i can`t remember the last good night sleep i had ! I have tried insomnia meds , no change at all . My lower back aches alot of the time , i put it down to having 4 epidurals . My right hip also aches after walking around for a while , i thought it was wear and tare , i`m 43 . Anyway , over the last week or so , i have been experiencing burning in my legs , shoulders and arms , i have had the tingly sensations too and today i have blurred vision , my eyes look a little yellow .. I am having the mirena removed tomorrow . Does these symptoms sound consistent with mirena ?
I really hope to feel better very , very soon , i have detox and vitamin pills at the ready !
This deviced should be bloody banned !
